I’ve joked about cars nowadays being so high-tech and ridiculously fast that they just need wings to take flight.  Well, apparently we’re one step closer to that.

The car pictured above runs on BMW’s V12 Hydrogen engine and seven-speed SMG.  It’s a two-seater, believe it or not.  The passenger sits behind the pilot in the cockpit.

I’ll have to admit, this takes the Prius’ spot in my Lust List for alternative-fuel vehicles.
