Portrait Professional Retouching Software

I find this kind of creepy
.  I see myself as somewhat of a purist when it comes to photography.  Sure, if my clients request a scratch to be removed, or there’s a pink beach ball that was unavoidable, I’ll take the extra steps to remove them.

The thing that creeps me out about this software though, is that it can potentially change the shape and facial features of a person to more closely match the “golden ratio”.  You’ll come out with in idealized version of the person.  That is appealing to a lot of people, but I feel it’s just untrue.  Anyway, check it out if you want to see what these software developers think you should look like.

  1. I like this program. This’ll give me something to show the plastic surgeon when I go in

  2. But think of the business opportunity with a little ad space on Match.com.

  3. I feel the same way–I’m extremely uneasy manipulating people in pshop. Objects, fine, but when it comes to people, I feel wierd. I’ll do it on request, maybe, but aside from that, I feel it ain’t right.
