Carbon Off-set
The in thing is to Go Green but it’s kinda hard to do if you drive a Hummer to work every day. So to offset your environmental transgressions, buy one of these.
Basically, proceeds from the sale of “Terra Passes” are invested in renewable energy projects like Wind Farms. The theory is, these projects will eventually off-set your carbon emission activities.
I tried the on-line calculator for my car and according to the site:
1998 VW Bug = 4793lbs CO2/Year
To offset that, I can buy a $29.95 Terra Pass.

So the hard drive on my laptop is starting to fail. I’m taking that as a sign to finally make the leap to the light side. 
Of course, according to MacRumors, the MacBook Pro is near the end of its lifecycle, so I’ll have to wait a little bit longer.
