Get your BUTT out of my face!!!
Now that I’m a property owner, nothing gets me more steamed than seeing butts on the side walk and in the landscaping of our building. It is unsightly (declining property value) and poses a potential fire hazard.
I’m not anti-smoking but when I see 20 butts in one spot it’s very hard for me to be tolerant.
I’ve already sent a proposal to the Home Owners Association to have one of these receptacles placed just outside the entrance of each building. Hell… I’ll buy 6 of them myself to save them the trouble.
Hopefully the HOA follows thru.

I have a feeling it’s a guy on the 3rd floor who smokes on his balcony and when he’s done he chucks the butt off the side.
