I don’t believe in fad diets. To me, weight loss and weight gain amount to calories in vs. calories out. The trouble is, few people are obsessive-compulsive enough to keep track of how many calories they consume and how many they burn. Weight Watchers attempts to simplify the calorie counting by rounding up to “points”.
