Delicious Library
If you have a large collection of books, movies, music and/or games, and you lend these out frequently, and you have a Mac, then Delicious Library is for you.
I’ve been using this for the past couple of days and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s taking an immense amount of willpower to not get the bluetooth hand scanner that works with this software. For those of you with huge collections, though, the scanner will be a requirement.

It’s equally slick, and doesn’t cost a penny. Supports the import of LibraryThing/Delicious as well.
