Ultimate iPod Protector: A Zune!
So you have an iPod, and you love it. Of course you do. The only problem is, so does everyone else. iPods have become so popular that iPod theft is becoming a real problem. So how do you protect your precious new iPod (or iPhone)? Simple: hide it in a crappy Microsoft product that no one would want to buy or even steal. Yes, that’s right, for the low price of $29.95 you can have a custom case for your iPod or iPhone made from the gutted remains of one of Microsoft’s failed entries into the MP3 Player market.

The Zune is a nice piece of hardware and does a few more things that the iPod can’t. It’s just a case of “Too little, too late” for MS.
Yeah yeah yeah…
There’s a chink in my MS Fanboy Armor.
Seriously. The Zune isn’t a bad product, and is actually a very nice, quality music player. It’s just… well… sort of ugly.
Oh, and a better option for not being mugged for your iPod is just not to use the terrible quality, white headphones that come with it. Buy a nice set of Shure or Etymotics ear-canal phones and enjoy much, much, much better sounding music (seriously, it’s not even comparible) without the Steal Me White coloring.
heh, had MS just made iPod cases they would have made more dinero than they have in the Zune. Check out the hide-a-pod site, hilarious…
