I work with multiple computers as well, so synchronization between feeds is always a problem.

I'll probably give NetNewsWire a test someday.

I threw down the money and I'm currently using NetNewsWire on my Mac and I'm test driving FeedDemon on my PC at work. I have found some other solid offline RSS Readers, but the sell of those two is that they have an online component on NewsGator.com so I can be synced up no matter where I am. Since I use a few computers, this is an awesome functionality.
