Fifth Amendment, oh how we’ll miss you

First habeas corpus went out the window, now we can kiss the fifth amendment goodbye too.
If I understand this correctly, the US Government can now block (or, effectively, take away) any property of any person, US citizen or otherwise, found to be doing anything that the government interprets as undermining the economic or political reconstruction efforts in Iraq. The language is all incredibly broad and open to interpretation, not to mention the fact that the Secretary of the Treasury serves at the whim of the President.
At this point, what wouldn’t be considered as “undermining the efforts to promote political reform in Iraq” by the current administration?

This is Par for the Course with this administration. Funny, as I grow older I notice myself becoming more and more Conservative. But them stuff like this happens and my Liberal Bleeding Heart gets shocked back into normal rhythm.
Yeah… Just toss the “The Bill Of Rights” in the shredder, why don’t you.
