You say you ordered them. I hope you are getting them from an official reseller. I made the mistake of buying a pair of these shoes from eBay and they did not work for me. When I visited one of their stores, they told me sometimes custom fitting is necessary. Not only did they adjust my shoes, they did it for free. I have since bought two more pair from them.
