The Da Vinci Score
The real Da Vinci Code is based on music. 
Apparently, by placing a musical staff across Da Vinci’s painting of the Last Supper, the positions of the loaves of bread and the hands of Jesus and the Apostles become notes. When read from right to left (which fits with Da Vinci’s writing style), the melody becomes apparent.
