As cool as it looks, perpetual motions machines simply cannot exist. Since no machine is 100% (or more) efficient, energy will always be lost somewhere. Even if you could get it to be fully powered by the magnets, they’ll eventually lose their magnetism. But that doesn’t mean the machine can’t be extremely efficient and run for an incredibly long time… just not perpetually/forever.
