Vanity Searching the Web-o-Sphere
When was the last time you did a Google Search for yourself? We’ve all done it before out of curiosity. Nowadays, though, your online identity is taken with higher regard. Potential employers will do a cursory search for you to see if you’re “that guy” that set himself on fire when trying to drink a flaming shot.
Addict-o-matic is a search engine that scours the most popular social networking sites and presents the search results in an easy-to-read format.

Confessions of a Car Salesman
Edmunds.com has a great 9-part series, Confessions of a Car Salesman, about a journalist who went undercover “by working at two new car dealerships in the Los Angeles area.” It’s a long read, but it gives an interesting and accurate insight into what goes on in a car dealership.
I received this link from Angelo. He had a temporary stint as a (very successful) car salesman. He vouches for the authenticity of the content of this series.

Believe it or not, the above photo is from an actual volcanic eruption that took place near the coast of Chile a few days ago.

The results, which you see here, are called a “dirty thunderstorm,” and are quite rare. Nobody is certain what causes them, but according to National Geographic it’s believed to be “the result of rock fragments, ash, and ice particles in the plume collid[ing] to produce static charges—just as ice particles collide to create charge in regular thunderstorms.
Organizing RSS Feed Subscriptions
It’s easy to get bogged down with information overload, especially with infinite possibilities of the internet. RSS feeds help bring that information to you. Maintaining 10 subscriptions is fine, but how does one maintain 50 or more subscriptions?
