Job Summary

  • Organization of working hours: meetings, visits, interviews, and minutes of meetings.
  • Practicing all types of communication and communication by all means available, internally or externally, to all aspects of the nature of the work of the organizational unit according to the directions of the direct administrator.
  • Organizing and keeping files of all types (paper or electronic) in a way that facilitates the process of referencing and maintaining the confidentiality of its information in a manner that is compatible with the latest systems of archiving and classification.
  • Implementation of all instructions and instructions issued by the official of the organizational unit, efficiency, speed and accuracy necessary.
  • Knowledge of practical and electronic applications related to secretarial work available within and outside the facility.
  • Ensure that all tools, equipment, devices and stationery are available for running the work, rationalizing and maintaining their consumption.
  • Create an accurate database that is periodically updated to all internal and external customers, to facilitate communication and communication with them to accomplish various types of tasks.
  • Ensure that office keys and drawers are received from any authorized, transferred or left-of-duty employee and that his / her party is removed from work in the same organizational unit.

Qualifications

  •  Diploma + 3 years experience in the same field
  • General Secondary + 6 years experience in the same field
