Morning Cup O' Joe

Time you enjoy wasting isn't wasted time.

Any body watching “Dexter”?

Watched my first episode of “Dexter” (CBS Version) and I’d have to say, Very Good!!!

It’s like a demented version of CSI Miami.

Good move by Showtime to allow CBS to air edited versions of this show. I don’t subscribe to any premium channels but I’d consider getting Showtime for this show. Of course I’ll have to catch up.

  1. I remember Joe telling me about this series at lunch one day. The moral ambiguity of the main character is intriguing.

You might find it cheaper to buy/rent these episodes from iTunes.

  2. Dexter is the best show ever!!
It was first aired on showtime and is now starting to be on regular TV.
I downloaded season 1 and 2 and as amazing as season 1 was season 2 was even better! You should download it (bitorrent) so you don’t have to watch the edited version.

  3. Great show. Julie and I are all caught up thanks to Netflix and Showtime on Demand. We had Showtime for a year for free or else I probably wouldn’t have ever tried the show. Dexter and Weeds are both great shows on showtime, but the “season” is very short. I’ll drop Showtime until they start the new season or consider ITunes as a viable alternative if the shows are released shortly after their air date. Then again, 4 shows a month at a couple bucks each would be more than signing up for Showtime for a couple of months.

  4. Definitely pick up the original (unedited) versions if you can (rental/Netflix/etc). I can only imagine what they have to cut out to air it on network tv. 🙂

  5. The CBS version seemed to flow okay, for the one episode that I watched that is.

  7. Has anyone watched a CBS episode?

I just want to know how much I’m missing.
